Canopy, located within the historic Old Royal Infirmary now The Edinburgh Futures Institute, offers informal, all-day dining for visitors to our city and locals alike. Located on the leafy Meadows Walk, Canopy offers a menu of locally sourced classics and seasonal dishes in a biophilic interior design that reflects its natural surroundings.
